At Condos on the Gulf we have 2 places to choose fromTop of The Gulf and
Regency Towers.Top of The Gulf These condos are completely redecorated
studio condominiums that have a "nautical theme." Choose between a 4th
floor overlooking the pool and gulfor a seventh floor with a view of the
gulf and sunset.The complex has a baby pool, oversized pool, seasonal snack
bar, shuffleboard, and two story sunning deck. There are barbecue grills
located in the picnic area.Regency Towers-This unit is located on the
ground floor at in Panama City Beach, FL. If you are familiar with Regency,
it is on the east wing. The patio has been enclosed to serve as a Florida
Room. You can walk right out to the beach access from it.The condo has a
TV/VCR, fully-equipped kitchen, linens, and has been newly redecorated.
There is 24 hour security, hot tubs, two baby pools, two large pools,
shuffleboard, BBQ grills and picnic area, snack bar, arcade, and much, much
more.***This is a no smoking, no pets unit.
The association doesnot allow us to rent to unchaperoned singles. There
mustat least a 25 year old in the group. We strictly adhereto this policy.
Renting this unit underage can cause lossof deposit and rent.
