Our beautiful condo features a large balcony with a great view of the Gulf
of Mexico. We are located in Indian Shores just a 90 min. drive to Disney
World and 45 min to Busch Gardens. Our condo also features sleeping for 6in 2 large bedrooms, it has 2 full baths. Close by, you'll find dining,
shopping, casino/sightseeing cruises, boat rentals, wave runner rentals amd
live entertainment. We have local maps, menus and brochures for your use.
Our condo is completely equiped with everything you'll need to enjoy your
vacation. You'll find lots of linen, TV, VCR, cable, all the beach things
and lots of movies. We even supply the beach towels. There are washers and
dryers on each floor, a heated pool and assigned parking. We are a non
smoking unit.

Rates vary with season.Jan $800.00/wkFeb to mid April $950.00/wkMid April
to Sept $700.00/wkSept to Dec $600.00/wk Chrismas week is $700.00 Please add
11% state tax. There is no cleaning fee. Discounts available. Sorry no smoking or pets.
