decorated.Light, airy and "BEACHY", with white tile floors and new berber
carpet, this ground floor unit has 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. There
is an outside patio which faces the grassy courtyard and the pool is just a
few steps away.Atlantic Beach is a wonderful location for day trips to all
of the exciting things that North Florida has to offer..Just 30 minutes
from Historic St Augustine and Amelia Island.
Rates
$900.00 per week for up to 6 guests. No pets. No smoking inside the condo. $100 cleaning fee.
One half of the cost of stay is due with the reservation. The balance and a $300 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cleaning is deducted from the damage deposit.
