This studio condo has 2 double beds,full size refrigerator, coffee
maker, microwave, all dishes and cookware, set up for light cooking. We have
air, phone, cable tv, all sheets and bedding furnished. Outside we have 2
swimming pools (one heated), private parking, security gates, tiki hut, lounge
chairs free at pools and beach. Located within walking distance of
grocery, restaurants, drug stores and small shops. All this directly on the
ocean.
Rates
May 1 till December 15 - $395.00 weekly, $1250.00 monthly
December 16 till April 30 - $425.00 weekly, $1395.00 monthly
The above rates do not include tax.
