The Gulf Terrace Condominiums are situated on 26 lush, manicured acres in the Heart of Destin. Located on Highway 98, these condos are next to the Destin Resort and across from the Emerald Towers and SunDestin Condos.

Destin's sugar white beaches and emerald waters are just across the street and we have a beach access walkway next to Emerald Towers Condos. The beach, as well as over 20 restaurants, shopping, water park, and amusement park, are all within a five minute walk. If you have teenagers, they can walk to all the fun things to do.

There are three pools and tennis courts, a basketball court, and a fresh water lake on the property. Parking is at your door and the condos are in two story buildings. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday at 3 pm to Saturday at 10 am.
