Monthly Rentals receive a 25% off discount and must be paid in advance.
All rentals must add 11.5 % tax
Check in at 3 pm and check out at 10 am
$750 security deposit on all stays
Please check the www.cocoplum.com website for more pictures and
information regarding our other properties. I am accepting reservations at
this time with a 30% deposit to confirm reservation. Cancellations: In the
event you must cancel your reservation, the reservation deposit will be
refunded if written notice is received thirty-five (35) days prior to the
beginning of your rental period. If notice of the cancellation is received
less than thirty-five (35) days but more than twenty-one (21) days in
advance of the arrival date, a cancellation fee of $250 will be deducted
from your deposit and the balance will be refunded. In reservations are
canceled less than twenty-one (21) days in advance of the arrival date, the
total deposit will be forfeited. All refunds will be mailed at the end of
