This is a larger beach front house on the Gulf of Mexico on Alligator Point. This is one of the least developed, least touristy areas left on the Florida
coast. No condos, no hotels, no motels, no bars, no restaurants, nothing but a few single family homes on this beach. No public access for 3 miles. The
beach right out your door is the primary attraction, but you are not far from Apalachicola National Forest, Tate's Hell State Forest, the Wakulla River,
Springs and State Park, Bald Point State Park, Ochlocknee River State Park, St Marks Wildlife Refuge, St Vincent's Island Wildlife Refuge and more. Five
bedrooms and 4 baths, lots of room.
Rates
Rates vary seasonally from $1000 to $2000 a week. In late fall and winter we do offer longer rentals at a discount. See our website
